Welcome To EDS-Kids
EDS Kids is a support group and community dedicated to helping children and young adult who suffer from chronic pain resulting from illnesses and genetic conditions like Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS for short) is a genetic connective tissue disorder which primarily causes chronic joint pain and joint dislocations. EDS Kids is a community dedicated to helping not only sufferers of EDS but their family and friends too.

a couple thoughts...
Maybe having a place where people could just vent about whatever is stressing them would be good. I know being spoonies can be very stressful and its always nice to have a place to vent to where people will listen and understand.

next thought...A craft/hobbies section so that we can share what we do in our spare time. I know a lot of us do crafty things b/c we have so little energy/don't feel well enough to go out and run around like most people our age.

What should I call the crafts forum...on the old forum we had just about every craft you could imagine and in it's own forum....I think we could combine them, thoughts?

we could just call it Hobbies/Crafts. That would leave it as a pretty broad topic i think.
