I really need to get fitter, as I'm really lazy :/
I was wondering if Swimming was a good option? or has anyone got any other ideas?
Anything would be a great help (:

Swimming is really good for us because it doesnt put too much pressure on us but still helps us get fit :)

I go to the gym too...well havent been for a while but i could hack the rowing machine, exercise bike and cross trainer really well in small bursts. and i used to do the odd bit of walking on the treadmill but no more than that otherwise my knee would come out :s yoga is pretty much a no no - well for me anyway, i've done pilates before and that was good.

Hopefully you'll find something that you can cope with and doesnt put yourself under too much pressure :)

Other than gym and swimming. I would suggest you to go for jog and also you can play outdoor games with your friends at least for 1hour. It wold free of cost and it would amuse you lot. This will decrease your laziness and would gain your more interest.

It depends in which you have interested. If we say that yes swimming is the best option but if you don't like than?. And you are saying that you are lazy than its will be too much difficult for you. According to me also swimming is the best option. Swimming will provide you the same same result as running ang walking.

I LOVE getting in my parents pool in the summer time.

It makes my muscles feel awesome.
I recommend water therapy to EVERY EDS patient.
