So mad at myself!

I've been waiting a few months to see the rheumy for the first time.....I show up today a bit before my appointment time to find out that my appointment was YESTERDAY:sad024:! Gah! Now I have to wait until April for my first appointment!!! I hate brain fog:mad:!

Yikes. That really bites; I sort of know how you feel - I pulled the same sort of thing today, except with an Academic Decathalon competition (realized it was today... About five hours after it ended).

When you make appointments, or events..
What I do is I write what time it is, where it is, and whatever and stick it in my room.
BECAUSE, if you think about it, you usually have to go back in your room for something when leaving your house. So put the sticky note like beside your bedroom door.

Hope this advice might come to good use!
