I just want to share this maybe it help you ease the pain. I am doing this for a couple of months and it's very effective. For those who have arthritis, don't take shower at night especially during winter. Just wipe your body :)

I shower in the morning mostly...if I have to I'll soak a bit at night but with supervision so if I pass out I can get help.
My dr. recommends Epsom salts to help pain too!

Good idea Mces0421, that seems to be a great idea to help soothe the joints so the dampness does not hurt in the cold weather. And epson salts are a freakin' miracle steph.
I went out and bought some the other night from getting the idea here on EDSkids and it works amazingly!

Now it's winter im more likely to have a nice warm soak in the bath at night but generally i have a quick shower at night but a bath helps the joints and helps me relax ready to get a full nights sleep :) zzZZZ

If there is a party in the evening, I would normally have a bath in the late morning to chill out a bit :)

I do the same. Taking showers where I live especially when it's cold out at night, screw with my bones so bad because if you think about it, you go from HOT water to COOL air which is going to make an awful case of bone achyness. So it's always good to take showers when you are in a warmer setting or an earlier time of day!
