Starting today, I am the only one to be reprimanding/banning people, here on EDSkids.
This does not include our Tech Guys or moderators.
But they should really ask me before banning people & deleting them too.

But, if I catch you, banning people, without consulting me, you will be put on a 10 day probation, and scheduled for an internet based meeting, and decided further whether you should be able to stay in EDSkids or not.

I am not so sure if you CAN ban people.. but I am saying in general.. if someone has a problem with someone or is TRYING to ban them or threatens too, etc...

Things need to be ran over by Gwen or I before anyone deletes/bans/gives a probationary period to a member. :)

If you think someone needs talking too, let me know before you do it.. get my OK, please & thank you!

But if you there is like a spamming post..go ahead and delete it only if you are 100% it's spam.
